Refund Policy

In order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we operate a policy of non-return. This means that, upon completion of your order, it will not be possible for us to accept any return requests.

In order to qualify for an exchange, we kindly request that your item be in the same state as when you received it, without any signs of wear or use, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your exchange request is approved, we would be happy to provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that we are unable to accept any items sent back to us without a prior exchange request.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
